Cako.io Command-Line Interface

Today we are announcing the release of the Cako.io Command-Line Interface, allowing for easy archival of pages on cako.io.

The CLI is helpful for creating versioned archives or distributing cako.io content to devices with limited or restricted connectivity.  As always, any pages owned and authored by cako.io may be freely distributed with or without attribution.

Usage

You can easily archive all new posts on cako.io in a single command:

cako -skipExisting # skips posts that have already been downloaded

After archiving, you can start up a local server to browse posts:

cako -serve

See repository for source code and full list of options.  Compiled binaries are available on the releases page.
