Search Command-Line Interface

Today we are announcing the release of the Command-Line Interface, allowing for easy archival of pages on

The CLI is helpful for creating versioned archives or distributing content to devices with limited or restricted connectivity.  As always, any pages owned and authored by may be freely distributed with or without attribution.


You can easily archive all new posts on in a single command:

cako -skipExisting # skips posts that have already been downloaded

After archiving, you can start up a local server to browse posts:

cako -serve
